Hi this is Cadence. I just wanted to give you an update. I really love my little brufer. Mom said this would happen when he got older. I didn't believe her and thought he would be a monkey-butt forever. Well he still is but at least he quit eating leaves and smelling funny. Now he is a lot of fun but we play together hard and sometimes it causes my back leg to get weak and I need to lie down and roll over. Little brufers have a lot of energy. As you can see below, I finally had to show him my teeth. I was exhausted! Overall he is a cool dog-dude.

Cadence,

Little brufer's (and sister's) can definitely be exhausting.  It's tough when you have to keep them in line all the time, and they have sooooo much energy.  So, if you have to sometimes, showing your teeths is good.  It tells them, hey, I've had enough for now.

But I'm glad you are loving your little brufer for the most part.  And I'm glad to see you looking so good!

Hi Rio's Mom! Thank you for the compliment. I am trying my best to get a lot of beauty sleep (medicinal naps), eat all my good dog food and get plenty of sunshine. I did try to play dead before I showed my teeth, but then my little brufer sniffed and tickled my stump. He really knows how to get me back up on my paws again!
