Yummy in my tummy! (for those that like kidneys!)  And the pics made me want to cook up some for myself!

I dare you to post it on cooks.com or one of those recipe websites!

Thanks Rio's mom! I sure hope I can get my mom to make some for me, it sounds really yummy! My mom says the title of your post reminds her of a really bad line in a movie about girl scout cookies..... (she won't tell me...says I'm too young.) Whatever, I still want her to make some for me.

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end.  On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Ranger, my mom is a little culturally behind the 8-ball sometimes, cuz she grew up without TV and stuff.... What movie did this remind you of -- in case we wanna watch it on Netflix...

I don't remember the movie, but there was some girl selling girl scout cookies and the guy at the door says "are they made with real girl scouts?"....terrible I know, but then I think of the tripawds shirt "a dog this good, you can't eat all at once."  which always makes me laugh!  Hey, maybe your mom can re-name it dog-leg soup laughing

Too funny! Now that you mention it, it does have a rather macabre-sounding name.... I probably should have called it "soup for dogs." Oh well, tis the season for macabre!!!!

Well I wasn't gonna say it! But you'll notice the title is a little different in our Nutrition Blog headline! 😉
