Hi, everyone :)

I just received K9 Immunity Plus in the mail today. Of course with everything going on, I'm double and triple checking everything. Brady had his first chemo treatment 12/23....K9 Immunity Plus is safe to give him, correct? I want to be able to keep his immune system up while he goes through treatment. I'm just panicky, I guess.

Thoughts? What has been your experiences with K9 Immunity Plus?

Thank you!

Welcome to the world of utter cnfusin and c tradiction...depending on which article you are reading on any given day!winker

I jave Happh Hannah on K9 Immunity Plus and Apocaps . I kept her on K9 during the chemo and the apocaps "fairly cnsistenty" as sometimes funds just didn't allow for the product without interruption.

I can only tell you what I read i The Dog Cancer Survival Guide ....I'm NO vet...and p,ease double check for yourself..

"Some supplements with antioxident properties also have benwficial properties that outweigh the theoretical impact on pro-oxidant therapies. These supplements and foods, in my opinion, are beneficial for cancer patients enough to use...."

And Dr. Dressler goes on to list K9 IMMUNITY PLUS He does not co sider this to have potent antioxident effect.

Hapy Hannah Jist celebrated her ten month ampuversary and is moving forward (knocking on wood over here)!

All I can sayis...that for me...I feel like these supplements are helpful.

And a little scoop ofice cream after each treatment is good too!! No...not for Brady...for you!!

Higs and love!

These posts discuss Jerry's experiences in detail:

Please consult with your oncologist regarding administration of antioxidants during chemotherapy. Some believe that can be counter productive. For more information review the second have of this video with a board certified oncologist discussing the use of immune supplements during chemotherapy:

Yeah, we know what you mean! It just just make you whacky! clown

You'll find that you just end up going with your gut a lot of times...with what just "feels" right for you and your dog. Every dog is different and noo e nows your dog better than you.

Just put it all aside for awhile...go within...and just let your mind "float away".....you'll know what to do with each step on this journey...and each time it will be right for yo and for Brady..

Go hug Brady, watch his tail wag and go get some rest.

Sweet Dreams!
