Spirit, my 13 yr. old Border Collie (approx. 46 pounds) has been fighting synovial cell sarcoma for the past year. Over a year ago, he received radiation and was put on metronomic chemotherapy (Piroxicam and Cyclophosphamide). He's responded well to the treatment but now other issues are coming up like edema. The edema is in the upper part of his front, left leg. The tumor is on the same leg but by his ankle area. Palladia was suggested to us but I'm hesitant about it and wanted to see if there are other options/suggestions.

Thank you.
