More risk for bloat after amputation?

We've always kept Toffee in for awhile after eating, as she likes to run laps around the back yard and we've read all the horrer stories about deep chested dogs and bloat.

Now that she's had her front leg amputated, of course there is a lot more "bouncing" going on when she walks/runs.  Should she have more down time after breakfast and dinner than she did before?

Thanks for any input,

Laura and Toffee

I think that 1 hour seems reasonable.  I always fear bloat but it seems to be linked to periods of stress or anxiety so as long as your dog stays happy you are probably okay!
