I just wanted to post a letter for all to see thanking "Jerry" (aka Rene) for such excellent customer service on everything I've ordered!
I bought a "tripawd mom" necklace which I have yet to take off, a harness, and a giant yellow inflatable peanut. Both my tri- and quad-pods LOVE playing on that peanut and after just ONE day of using it I can see an improvement in Kermit's agility. They use one in his rehab sessions but here at home I think we use it a little more enthusiastically!
Everything I've bought has arrived well-packaged, really fast, and my necklace also included a lovely note & a Tripawds bandanna for my boy, which he'll be wearing to his next rehab appointment tomorrow! 
This site is such a godsend in terms of support and dissemination of knowledge, and the ability to purchase Tripawd merchandise all in one place is a terrific bonus! I'm so grateful to the creators of the site for providing this place that has made our journey so much easier. I can hardly WAIT to get my custom doggy tags, too!
