Well, I'm back from the brink! (I'm okay Mattie, so don't get scared, okay?)
I was maliciously, horrifically, brutally and visciously attacked by none other than Monkeybaby-Porkie Pig!
……………Okay, maybe NOT EXACTLY but that's how my mom reacted!
I WAS HURT! I GOT THE RED EYE(S)!

Everything was okay and Monkeybaby Cosmo and I were playing and wrestling and running in and out of the house and then something went wrong and well….we got mad at each other. I'm not even sure what happened since I have a memory loss! I think my mom pieced it together that Monkeybaby got his jaw caught in my collar and I was choking. Hence, the red eyes. We were out in the yard where we like to run and wrestle so it was dark.
Mommy needs therapy and drugs now. She rushed me to the ER vet like I was on death's door but I just had a blister in my eye. The other one got red the next day.
Now, Monkeybaby and I can't play because my mom, again…needs therapy! Monkeybaby doesn't even care I got hurt he just wanted to play some more but mommy scared the bageezie's out of me too and now I think I need therapy! Cosmo seems to living on a leash and in a crate now. It's not very fun around here anymore because, my mom needs therapy!
Even the regular vet said when he saw me on Wednesday he'd never seen eyes that red!
I've had a ruff red eye(s) week.
P.S. CoopStoop -That makes us both a little sick so we are on an even playing field!
P.P.S. Isabelle I think you had a paw in this whole going to the ER vet late night and I was up until 330am that night! I know you offered up kiss but I think you did it out of guilt because you knew I didn't want to go to the vet!

Daddy said I had vampire eyes which I thought sounded cool. I asked if I could have an eye patch so I could be a vampire pirate but mommy said no.
Did I mention my mom needs therapy???

The brink of what???? That's a little dramatic. It's not like you came home missing a leg or something…. Probably what happened is….your big FREAKY EARS got in poor monkeybaby's face and he got disoriented. So…he wasn't really responsible for your red eyes…..You were. I think you scared the poor little fluff ball!
YOU were up until 3:30?????? I was looking at pictures of your scary red eyes until dawn here in the Central Time Zone….Kinda like a train wreck! I didn't really feel sorry for you. I only offered a big smooch because I thought kissing a Tripawd would give you something else to focus on….see (through your red eyes) how thoughtful I am?….and my mom made me say I cared, but I really didn't at all. I just felt bad for Fluffybaby taking the blame.
You caught me….it WAS my idea for you to go to the hospital and since everyone knows Tripawds can make their moms do and say anything, you took a wild ride….BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I have an idea…..maybe instead of a patch over your eye, you can put a bag over your head….BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Pssst - Zuzu here. How did you do that again? I think red eyes sound cool! I wonder if I can make my tripawd screaming monkey toy have red eyes. Think we need a monkey meeting about this.
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

rocket...erh, monkeybutt guy, or whatever your name is...we hope you are feeling better today. we know that sometimes boys can be 'tender' and throw a fit when they are hurt.... remember your little brother is a baby and doesn't realize his strength (think paul bunyan and babe the blue ox).. take some time to recover and please give your mom some time to recover as well....

Oh what a horrible experience all the way around! Therapy is definitely in order! Maybe ice cream and medicinal nap time therapy!

I would've freaked out too! After Sammy's amputation I didn't let him play with his big brother for almost 6 months... sounds a little like I was over the top now, but I was too freaked out to let them rough house. It made for an uncomfortable time whenever they were together. Finally Dr. Pam convinced me everything would be okay and now they are best buddies again, and play and play.
But, with a fresh experience like you have had I don't blame your momma for wanting therapy and wanting to surround you in bubble wrap. Hang in there, a little sleep and it won't look so bad. She will relax again when she figures out you are tonka truck tuff!

Listen, mom has my super secret Monkeybutt package almost ready to send out. She has absolutely no sewing skills so it tool alot longer then I thought!
Anyhoo- you will find something in the super secret Monkeybox to make you feel better. Should I have my mom stick in some bottled whine to make your mom feel better? I heard my mom say whine is therapy....I whine all the time and she looks like she needs even more therapy!

Spirit Samson was Spirit Tripawd Daisys four legged "brother" and ruled as the self proclaimed head of the Monkeybutt Federations East Coast Division. Lady Chunky Monkey stayed from Oct 2011 and left for the bridge in Apr 2012. Miss Perdy is left and has some big pawprints to fill.

Poor, poor Monkeybutt with the red eyes….You tripawd dogs are being awfully mean.
He could have been seriously injured and you are all making fun of him. Just imagine how bad the poor adorable monkeypuppy feels - everything blamed on him when in truth, monkeybutt looked in the mirror and saw how ridiculous he looked with those pink ears…..and freaked!!!!!!
