Saw it on FB and in an email so I could relax this afternoon!

So, so, happy.  This is what I was envisioning... the pups sound asleep, fed and warm.  I hope the fire is going!

Very happy for Sally, and once again very proud to be part of this community.

Sally, big hugs and thank Dog for their safe return.  Thursday and Friday are my big days at work with 12 hour shifts but I checked tripawds every time I went to the bathroom on my phone.  What a relief!  I was wondering if we were going to have to hire a hound dog to find a hound dog!

Anyone know of another GPS dog tracker other than this one?  They finally made it waterproof so it just might be worth it.  I'm pretty sure it runs on the Verizon network because when it first came out (and was $150), Verizon gave a huge discount to employees on it.  I didn't buy it then because it wasn't even water resistant.  You still have to remember to charge it every week.

I know Pet Smart has a collar you put on them and you can see what they are doing on your phone. Not sure how it would work for tracking. Was the first thing I thought of when tracker was mentioned. Still if happy mode that they are back home!! Lori, Ty & Gang

Just checking in to see how the wayward duo are this morning. I'll bet all of you slept VERY well last night. I know that there are a lot of the rest of us who did, too.

Kathi and the Turbotail April Angel...and the Labradork

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

I really wish I could adequately express how much you EACH mean to me. It's impossible. I BELIEVE with all my heart your positive thoughts, your "knowing" (or at least hopingwinker) they would be home, your prayers, rubbing Buddha's tummy, in Elizabeth's case, rubbing Eric's tummy (lucky girl!), talking to the Universe, asking all our Spriit Beings at the Bridge for their help....AND YOUR LOVE...all this helped to keep them safe and bring them home.

As much as I tried, as much as I tried to visualize them safe, I could not step out of the fear, the panic, the HORRIBLE what ifs, the grief of...ugh...can't even talk about that one. Poor Michelle, she vot the brunt of my hysteria. Her phone messages, your emails, your calls, your posts here, all of you refusing to give up while I was wallowing in fear of never seeing them again...never knowing ...it's hard ro even write that without practically throwing up in my mouthway-cool

Sooo, I'm not even going to try and express my gratitude.....I know you jave to know...have to.

Here's a picture of pretty much how they have been since coming home. Note Merry Myrtle's paw she "loa ed ro Frankie so he could rest his head in it.

Frankie is moving a lot better han Myrtle. His front leg "gives way" every now and then. Myrtle...soooo sore! I think every muscle in her body, every joint, every paw....lots of joint swelling....OWWEEEE. Rest, love and Rimadyl. No Frankie...no Rimadyl for you. I literally put him outside when I give it to her and then stash it away in a closed off room in a cabinet high off the ground!

Jist want to say one more thing. All of my over the moon joy in no way lets me forget for one second the many struggles that are going on with so many on the site....the shock of diagnosis, difficult recoveries, the ups and downs, and yes, the losses. You are all in my thoughts. Please know that as I celebrate the return of Merry Myrtle and Frankie, I celebrate in honor of all of you on this journey and in honore of all the Angels at the Bridge. Your well being will always be at the forefront of everything I do here.superstar

Linda, sure would be nice if they could tell us what they were up to and WHY??  I just want to look at Frankie and ask him, "What is wrong with you?  I know you're a hound and following your nose is what you do but you can't keep doing this to Sally!"

Sally, we all couldn't breath with you.  Having a dog on the loose is one of the most terrifying things possible.

Sally Sally Sally you don't need to thank us. We are FAMILY here!  That's what family DOES for each other.  We knew we had to stay strong and optimistic for you because you couldn't do it at that time for yourself.  It's no more than you would've done for any one of us if the situation had been reversed.  We LOVE you Sally!  Cancer can do a lot but it can't break the bonds we forge with steel with each other!  Having Myrtle & Frankie home and you joyful again is sweet music to us all.

Love you my friend

Sally, it's obvious you have made a lot of friends here and received a lot of support. That's because you are so giving yourself. You are always so supportive and positive and seem to find the right words to say. I'm happy to hear that you reached out and accepted this support from others.

Obviously Frankie and Merry Myrtle know they are well loved and knew you would find them. They sure love each other to stick together like that.

It's been a heck of a month for you. I hope you can just relax now and enjoy the holiday season without any dog adventures!

Love to all,

Kerren and Tripawd Kitty Mona

I think we need to call a Hollywood agent, there's a move in all this . . . "the Incredible Tripawd-Bipawd Journey!" It's very cool they stuck together. I shudder to think what would have happened otherwise.

Sally you mean so much to all of us. We all hated knowing how much agony you were in over this, it really broke our hearts at the time but now that they are back together with you, well it's time to PAWTY PEOPLE!

Ingrid, we heard the TAGG tracker is pretty cool. It's a collar tag with a chip that connects to a smart phone. Sally, maybe this is the incentive to make the leap to a smart phone so you can keep tabs on them?

Errr..do they make a "smart phone" for stupid people? I can see the Admin Guy now getting ready to delete the "Technical Support" thread!

I did look up gps stuff and thst TAGG thi g...fascinating! I really may have to look into a smart phone. This is a dumb wuestion number one...thoisa ds more ro follow.....I wonder if the tag thing would interfere with his micto chop or vice versa.

Hollywood...Starbucks commercials...so many choices!!

And everybody...your kind words....sleechless...I am merely a reflection of you. REALLY!!!!!!!!!
