Ohhhh no, I am so very, very sorry. I wish I could do something to ease your grief, this has got to be so terribly hard. I'm so sorry.

Simba's pain is gone, he is now an eternal spirit, free and shining a light in the heavens. He knew you did the best you could.

Lots and lots of love coming your way. If you want to share more about his life, we are here for you.

I'm so sorry to hear that Simba was in such unmanageable pain. It's obvious you did everything you could for Simba and your family. I hope in time that the memories of this traumatic time will fade and you only have happy, joyful memories of Simba.

I wish you peace and comfort.

Hi

I feel terrible today I'll share a little story about simba.

My wife wanted a cat for her birthday we where after a female cat and as luck would have it in the run up to her birthday you could not get a female kitten in a 100 radius.

On my wife's birthday some one contacted us and said they have a female kitten up for adoption called coco. We headed over and I instantly noticed coco had a set of globes between her legs I did not say any thing to my wife as I knew we were not leaving without the kitten.

As we got in the car I told my wife Coco is not a girl but a boy and so Coco became simba.

He was a real character bats crazy there was not a dull moment when Simba was around and he really bonded with me he was my buddy.

He had a real king of the jungle attitude every thing that the light touches belonged to him if our other cat sat on a chair he would promptly remind them that it is his chair and they need to move and the same applied to all the chairs in the house.

But I had never bonded with an animal like that In a long time it's like we a had a mental connection. Simba was not one for big cuddles but when my son passed away he knew I was hurting and curled up on the sofa next to me for a week solid. He helped me in my darkest moment. I will forever be greatfull for this.

Today hurts nearly as bad as lossing my son but Simba is not here to comfort me.

When the time came today I held his head in my hands and stared into his eyes and held eye contact till the vet pronounced him dead. I wanted him to know he is not alone.

Im so sorry to read this! My condolences to you and your family. There are never any words to express a loss like this. Simba sounds like a truly unique and special soul. Friend ships like this shouldnt have to end this way.

Im sure simba knows that you did everthing you could for him and did it with tremendous love. ❤

It took such courage to share this with us, thank you for giving us a glimpse of everything you've been through. The heartache, oh my gosh, it it unimaginable. I wish I had better words for you other than "I'm so sorry."

But that Simba! What a firecracker! And even with that bossy streak, I can see how he had something very special about him. You put it so eloquently:

He had a real king of the jungle attitude every thing that the light touches belonged to him

What a beautiful image, you were so blessed to have him in your life, at a time when you needed him most.

I wish I knew why heaven takes some sooner than others. There is no figuring that out by us mere mortals, but I do know for sure that Simba went to your son as soon as he crossed over, and now the two are together in eternity. Some day, I hope that gives you comfort in knowing their spirits are even stronger as one.

My heart goes out to you.

I could not have said any if this better.  I popped in from work but was not able to reply.

That is such an amazing and special bond,  i can't even find words for it.  Im so sorry that you also lost a child.

I know this is all just gut wrenching and there are no words to make it better. Simba sounds like a very special being.  I would not be surprised if somehow he finds a way to let you know he is still watching over you.

Thank you for sharing this,  i know it wasn't easy.  I wish i could give you a hug.

Yes,everything that light touches belongs to Simba.  .   Proof  that Simba is truly a Being of Light and has surrounded  you with her eternal ligjt.  Her light that can never be dimmed.  Simba will always ge a source of love and light for you.

Simba IS  a beloved  family member, as well as your friend and  Heart Cat.  We understand how much it hurts and how so very sad you are.

I'm  sure you've  heard of the Rainbow Bridge.  As Simba transitioned  out of her painful earth clothes and became free of pain, your son was there to greet her.  I don't  know if they knew each other before while in their earth clothes, but they instantly shared how much they loved you and how much you loved them. ❤

Thank you for allowing us the privilege of getting to know Simba, as well as the unbreakable bond uou two share.  And it is unbreakable.  Simba will connect with you.  Look for his signs to let you kmow he is so happy and feels so good and, most importantly, is still with you💖
