Thank you! I don't remember if I sent the screen shot or pdf. I'm at work so I have to use my phone for email. Its not the clearest thing in the world, I may redo it anyways, just to make the reading sharper. Thank you again Holly. (((Hug))))

Thank you Holly! I would love to know how you do that with the link instead of the picture. Thank you also jerry, a lot of the two say similar things. I had not found that article, but when I got the handout I was concerned for anybody else that didn't have that information.
I have to re-inspect his incision this morning. His fur is growing back, and if I massage it I don't feel scabs or roughness, but when he was laying on his side last night I noticed an area that just looks a little different. I don't know if it was too dark, but he lost his patience with me quickly so I am going to look with David so that we may get a better look of it. It almost looks a little pink on one end, I don't know if this is the cause of his behavior. I did notice last night that he is licking the surgical area more than he was, but I did not see any open irritation. I got a better video last night, you can see how he stops to clean and then goes on.
I am convinced that this is definitely an issue, and there are times that I have tried to touch his little "side car" and he turned quickly to let me know we were not going to do this right now

I koved watching all the j interaction of Huckleberry with Oscar and Andy. They are really forming a true pack. Good thing Oscar and Andy sre such "chill" kitties! 🙂
My "for whatever itsw worth " thougnt is that the fur is growing back and itching, nerves are still firing off a bit (nothing really bad though) and the incision is still sore from the surgery. Happy Hannah didn't lay on her amp side for five weeks! HOWEVER, I would have the Vet make sure there are no stitches left behind!!
Let us know how it goes!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
I checked his healing boo boo and it looks pretty good! I had to, ahem.. be alpha and that writhing well too. Back in the day I was more insistent , now i am more passive. I had to throw the passive on the back burner for a minute and "grow some"
After Huckleberry, mama, and papa had a meeting of the minds, or something to that effect, we layed him over on his side in a well lit area and mama thoroughly inspected the area. One end of the incision line has always been a little thicker. I think that's where she closed up and had to gather the last bit of skin to secure the area. That's the last area healing. It's a little pink but otherwise looks great. I agree, fur is growing back, its the last exposed area and probably a little more sensitive.
He was so cute, I got the "you are NOT going there" look...I said" yes I am, be still" his reaction was oh crap, ok, just do it already and get it done. David talked to him, he relaxed and stopped fighting... amazing!!

Jackke I am definitely going to”ditto” what Sally said! Amazing how he is getting around heh?! And so very gentle with Oscar! Andy is definitely a purrfect playmate!
Beautiful picture of David and The Prince!
Hugs and ear rubs to all! (and sure you and David can rub each other’s ears if you like!😜 ❤️
Rusty "The Bunnyman" adopted us in 2014. Aug/Sept 2017, back left leg amputated (HSA cancer). He remained cancer free over 900 days. Cancer returned as of emergency visit on day 931. 15 days later, he gained his wings 04/18/2020 due to congestive heart failure. He will always watch over his fellow tripawds and their hoomins with Head Scritches and Sand Paper Kisses.
Big smiles here, it is truly amazing. I get head butts, and he cuddles under my arm, but he hates me recording him lol. He sees my phone and forget it. I got to take it while he was busy with David. I had to share it, he is really showing his sweet side. It has been 35 days since his surgery, 64 days since we trapped him. No, I really wasn't sure we would ever get that reaction and love back. We both feel very lucky ❤❤
