Glad lottle Sid is feeling a bit better and has gained some weight. I'm sure he's enjoying all the loving and attention from you.
AND ....I'm sure the Mighty Quinn is enjoying all the loving and spoiling too!!!
Two weeks is still early in recovery. Quinn is making great headway, especially considering some of his "extra" challenges!! Adjustment to walking, mobility issues, etc. take a bit longer to "adjust" than the recovery from the actual surgery does..
Thanks for taking time to update us. It's ust wonderful to hear he is doing so well! Yoj are a great pawrent!! Keep taking lots of pictures! We'd love to see some!
Hugs to you..Quinn...qnd Sid!!

Hello all, its been another week and boy we have been busy with the holidays. Today is a glorious day!!!!! For the first time since his leg amputation Quinn got up on his own and walked from the front door to the kitchen. I was getting his food ready and I looked up and there he was walking across the room. I had to contain myself because I didn't want to scare him, but al soon as he sat down I was hooting and hollering. I praised him so much!!! His tail (or nub) was going a hundred miles a minute and he just barked. Today is 12/20/14 and @ 10:50 am Quinn walked all by himself. I have so much to be thankful for, I have already called everyone I know and the vet to let them all know. So excited!!!! I knew he could and would do it. He's my strong boy. I LOVE HIM!!!!!
Awww that is SO great! We are thrilled for you both, there's no better present than seeing your doggie get back to good health. YAY!
