Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)

It was so hot today Rui went in and produced a bucket of water and spent quite a while pouring it over Eurydice's head to cool her down.

Here's what happened today.
I got my girl to Guincho beach and it is quite a steep way going down in soft sand.
I thought it might be a bit too much for her but still decided to have a go as we have been training in Sintra in gentler hills as you saw in earlier videos.
She went down like a storm (I mean it!) and got to the water and was so, so, so fast and happy I couldn't believe it.
I reached for my phone to film it and ... arghhh ... I left it in the car a long way up from there !!!
Eurydice came back up like it is no sweat (I was puffing like mad) I left het with her new friend Rui who was close by and came back with my phone.
She rested a bit, not much at all, and before I knew it she was ready to go again.
It was still a long way away so when I filmed this she had gone an incredible distance up and down in the sand, quite an achievement for a 69 kg dog

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Eurydice knows how to get all the boys attention! She is irresistible as the perfect beach bunny. I love seeing how everyone's face lights up when she is near. Talk about spreading joy and love around the globe. BEAUTIFUL! 
This is so much fun to watch. That truly is the trip of a lifetime with one incredible doggie. YAAAAY!!!

In fact, she chooses the people she wants to approach since she was a puppy, clever girl 🐮 and whenever she avoids somebody I think chances are it isn't a good person 🖐🏼
