Hello everyone, I just moved to a new area in NC called Pinehurst, it is about an hour south of Raleigh. I wanted to find a great doctor here for Bailey and from what her oncologist said it doesn't have to be a specialist at this point since Bailey has finished her cancer treatements however I want to find someone who will understand and do a good job. Does anyone know of a good doctor in this area?

Hey Ashley, I just put this out on Twitter and our Facebook page. Paws crossed for a good recommendation!

Ashley, here's a suggestion posted to our Facebook page:
"My
sister is a vet tech at NC State Vet Hospital and recommends their
docs. We would have gone there but it is 4 1/2 hours from us. Check
them out! They are in Raleigh."

Hi there. We live in Southern Pines - right next door to Pinehurst. Our Basset Hound, Einstein , has been getting chemo at NCSU Veterinary teaching hospital. We go every 3 weeks right now. In between treatments, we use our regular vet to get bloodwork done. They fax it to the vet school for us. Pinetree Animal Hospital is our local vet and they have been great. Please feel free to contact me privately. I am happt to know of someone else in the area going through this.
