Is this still available?  And if so are the vibrations on this too strong for a cat?

I ask because Tuxedo is starting to slow down, due to age and arthritis.  Approaching six years on three being the crazed climber and jumper that he is, that is to be expected I know.  I am just looking for ways to help him keep doing what he loves longer and more comfortably.
