TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.
A cookout? A bonfire? Trails and open pens for the pups? Kim, we may never leave! Count us in.....2 humans (maybe 3) and one crazy mutt

Ok Sally, they will both be there! My daughters first question was if Myrtle was going to be there ha.
Lori, how old is your youngest daughter? Mine would love it if another kid was going to be there

Elizabeth, my youngest daughter is a big kid. She is 23. She LOVES animals of all types. She was always bringing home strays and wild birds and such for me to fix.

Wow, I can finally post in this forum, and who pops up as soon as I click into it, but my Polly.......it is only the am, but my day is complete!!
As you can all guess, I have delayed my answer for this upcoming get-together, due to a new bundle of 4-legged puppy joy that has come into our lives......we very much want to attend this party with both Pearl and Zuzu, the only thing we have to be careful with, is possible very warm temps that day, and what we can do to keep Zuzu from too much heat exposure. With her serious heart issues, that is the only thing that concerns me, but I guess there are many things we can do to keep her cooler, and not get overheated, to prevent critical problems. This is a new experience, and a huge learning curve for me, and as much as I will let Zuzu live a happy, healthy, active and fun life, I do have to take certain measures to insure her safety......but I also know I have the best friends in the world there with me, and you all will be there for her healthy support as well. I am so looking forward to finally meeting so many of you that I missed last year, Sally, Elizabeth, Lori, Deb, etc., and will hopefully meet even more of you this year.
So May 23rd is getting marked on my calendar, and I am very much looking forward to bringing my family and 4-legged kids to this awesome event, and I also know my precious Angel Polly will absolutely be there with me, right by my side.......
Much Love,
Bonnie, Angel Polly, Pearl, and Zuzu
Wow this is going to be a FUN gathering!

Bonnie, so so happy you are going to come!! We can help with whatever you need for little ZuZu... (by the way, I was jumping up and down when I read your introduction, I just haven't had time to respond yet....so so SO happy for you!!!)
This is turning out to be the party of the year for sure and it hasn't even happened yet!

Was just wondering if there is a start time for the pawty on May 23. I know it is early, but I am rounding up a volunteer to come with and help with my furkids. Debating on driving it all in one day or coming down to area the night before. No biggie if not, just was curious. Lori, Ty and the canine 3

Wow cool! Lori thanks for the reminder, I need to call Kim so we can iron out some details. Usually pawties start around 11. What do you guys think?
More to come!
