Hey, it's almost time to party!!!!
Even though the Niners are playing their first playoff game in forever, I would rather hang out with all of you!
Obie on the other hand would rather stay home with Grandpa, but he is coming!
And Tani, well be sure to compliment her weight loss!
Chauffeur, have you heard from Mary and Cemil? I sent an email but haven't heard back.
See you all Saturday.

Hi, we haven't heard from Mary and Cemil either, we'll send an email also.
We are in a bit of a quandary, you see when we went to Las Vegas we put 4 new pink colored dice on Shelby's wagon. When we got home, their were only 3.
This is kinda hard to share, Shelby lost the pink dice, GAMBLING! Good thing we found her when we did or she could have lost her wagon!!
The P.P. said it was really hard to look at her cards at the Blackjack table and the bidding was fast and furious and she just got "caught up" in the moment.
Everyone knows that Las Vagas wants these types of things "left in Vagas" but sometimes you need to warn others about where the evil road of gambling leads.
I think we'll leave the 3 pink dice on her wagon as a constant reminder of what GAMBLING almost cost the P.P.
Signed, a thankful chauffeur

Hello! Ruby and I joined this 'club' 12/21. She's doing great almost one month out. Just saw this post - we live in Dublin - and wondered how often you get together? We would love to meet some other amps and their parents some time... Cindy

LOVE these pictures! Funny, my husband's job tried to transfer us to Los Angeles several years back and (to this Southern born girl) that was a terrifying thought. I just couldn't imagine being that far from all of our families. We got out of that move and then the next year they transferred us to Pennsylvania! Be careful what you wish for, huh? Anyway, now I look at these pictures of all of you wonderful people and beautiful babies (on the beach, nonetheless!), as I sit shivering inside b/c it is so cold outside (4 degrees) and I wish to heck we were in CA with you guys!
Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11. A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...

That's a very good-looking gang! Going to the blog now to check out the rest of the pics.
Looks like a lovely day.

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Back from the blog... Love seeing Abby's t-shirt at the party!!!
Heavenly kisses to everyone from Ab,

We had an amazing weather day! Unseasonably warm and scarily dry for this time of year. On Sunday the temp dropped about 10 degrees and was windy.
Unfortunately Mary was sick so she and Cemil did not make the trip. We did get to meet foster boy Austin, the +1 of the Oaktown Pack, he did very well. Travis was there too- he is secretly my fav from the Oaktown pack. I have a great video somewhere of he and Tani sitting side by side getting treats from Ralph.
Shelby was her wonderful self, always a crowd pleaser. Lylee looked great, very strong and energetic- and of course looked fabulous in her pink bling and TWP cape. I'm amazed that she is 12! And Monkey boy Happy had a great time- running around with some small pups at the park.
As for mine- well, Tani cruised for treats as always. Obie spent less time being scared- but was never far from me, unless Cindi was handing out treats!
It was cool to see Martha sporting the Abby T-shirt. I went with the Tripawd Power Caira Sue shirt. I know Jack and Ralph were sporting Tripwad shirts- so we were representing! (I don't think Cindi took her jacket off).
Thanks for posting the pics Joanne
Dublin Cindy- we meet up every month or so, less in the winter. The next for sure date is April 14th so block that out on your calender. Pretty sure we are not meeting in Feb, March is a maybe right now. Mary (Cemil) and I both live in Livermore and get together once in awhile. Send me a PM if you want to get together with us.
