Zeus is recovering beautifully from surgery. He's up and hopping around everywhere. It's like in his mind this never even happened. How fortunate that dogs have that ability! I still mourn the loss of his leg and at times think I see that in Zeus but it's just transference - he doesn't pity himself and I shouldn't be pitying him either! This has been a growing process for me as an individual, and based on the lessons my dog is teaching me it's time to move on and point our eyes towards the future.
GOOD BOY ZEUS!!! You are an excellent Professor for your hooman and your hooman is an excellent student! Quite a quick learner!
