Hello everyone........
June 4 (today) marks Tanner's 7 month ampuversary. SEVEN MONTHS. I can hardly believe it...no I KNOW I cant believe it. We had such a grim prognosis and we thought we would lose Tanner months ago. Apparently, that was not the "plan". As I read recent (and not so recent) posts of tripawds losing their battle to this horrible cancer I am reminded that will be Tanner's fate eventually. But for now we enjoy his spunk, his personality and his love. We are in our own way preparing for the inevitable but at the same time enjoying him one day at a time. We do not regret our "no chemo" decision - not one bit. And most of all we do not regret amputation - and I know I sound like a broken record but THANK YOU Tripawd community for aiding us in that decision and giving us support along the way. Just knowing you are here helps; it honestly, sincerely does. Tanner gives a big wet kiss to all of you. Our hope is to give you monthy "good news" updates.

What a Happy boy Tanner is and sooooooo handsome!!! It seems like just yesterday that Tanner had his surgery... I remember your story very well. So very happy for you guys that he is doing so well and that you are living life to the fullest without any regrets! Tanner taught you well Amy! Keep on truckin Tanner!!!
