I absolutely refuse to give it an upper case c. Stupid disease, I hate it!!!!!! It is stealing my dog from before my eyes!! You cant see this but this IS ANGRY TYPING! were able to draw out a bit of fluid from what was probably the original injection site. Rest is a solid mass. Cancer ....we will know in 3 to 5 days...lalalalala! I am going to lose it here! Completely unusual.. usually tumors don't grow so fast, but...it is a solid mass. I am going to go and get my boy now.
TY GUY, Best Black Lab ever! Diagnosed and had amp in January, 2014. Kicked MRSA's butt. Earned his angel wings on April 16, 2014. Run Free my boy and don't forget a shoe. Ty is a proud member of the " April Angels". Ty sent us Daryl, a Tripawd rescue in Sept. of 2016. Daryl is 5 +or -. We are also Pawrents to Chandler, a Border Collie mix who is 15 and 1/2, Lucy, a Corgi who is 7, 2 minis, 2 horses, and a feisty cat named Zoe. Zoe had a non skeletal Osteosarcoma removed in July 2015. No Chemo, she was at least 16. She is going strong although she is now completely blind. She is now close to 20 and her hobbies are eating and sleeping in front of her personal heater.
Oh no! Damn it. I know how bad that feels. Go get that beautiful boy and hold tight to him. Thinking of you and keeping you both in my prayers.
Amy & Libby
Liberty (Libby) was diagnosed with OSA on 1-22-13. Right front amputation on 1-31-13. No IV Chemo. Metronomic Therapy started 2-19-13 along with supplements and some home cooking. Lungs clear until 1-06-14. She's still her happy, hoppy, bossy self. Living the dog life to the fullest and a proud Winter Warrior. :) RIP my Libby 4-21-03 to 3-19-14

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Oh NO! Geez I'm so sorry, this is not what any of us thought you'd update with. cancer does not deserve a capital c, you're so right.
{{{{{hugs}}}}}
One last thought: No matter how much it hurts, save the tears and remember that Ty is here now with you. Don't let these moments go to anger or to cancer. There will be plenty of time for tears in the future, hopefully a long, long way off.
We are here for you.

He is home and resting. He is dripping fluid from site. His nose is so cold.so 1. It is some kind of ferocious tumor that just keep growing. 2 it is autoimmune
3 it is an abocmess. Lastly an infection. There is brushing (old injection site.) he
Tail is stillawaggin.itook my shoe to bed with him. He is also snoring quite loudly. Praying it it an infection. Best case scenario) praying thT enough fluid drips to make it smaller. If I get some time tomorrow I will take a picture of it.

Okay, it sonds lie they've given yo some different scenarios and nothingis conclusive yet. It just doesn't seem likely that this "thing" that basically popped up overnght is what's been causing sll of his other issues! Im jist not seeng the dots conmect.
He's home and he's snoring!! That's got to be a beautiful sound! zTy's tail is waggin and he feels good enough to get your shoe!! That's called quality in Ty's world!!
Sending love and hugs!
Sally and Happy Hannah
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
My heart sank to read your update. It's just heartbreaking to hear about all that your little guy has gone through, it's definitely been a rough time for him. What a love though, still wagging his tail and taking your shoe to bed. You just gotta love that, it's like he's saying 'it's ok, all I need is YOU'. I agree with Sally though, it sounds like his test results are not yet conclusive. Praying hard for him tonight and sending super duper ultra strong healing energy your way. I hope your next update is about his turnaround.
Paw love,
Claudia & Angel Jersey Girl (yellow lab!)
