Mads is home!!  They called me at 8 a.m. and said she was ready to head out.  They felt that she would do better at home since she wouldn't eat for them and was barely drinking.  Turns out I didn't have to worry about the car - I got there about 9 a.m. and they brought her out the side door and she went straight for the car and got in!  Getting out was a challenge but my daughter's boyfriend went with us so he and my daughter got her out.  She went right inside and straight to the back door - we went out - she peed as she was walking lol and then plopped down in the grass and was like "I'm done".   She doesn't like the sling or a sheet - she just lays back down when we put it on her.  We did eventually convince her to come inside and she ate a can of food, took her pills, then had three Stella & Chewy patties and went to sleep.  The only problem we're having is she keeps sliding off her bed onto the floor and she does not want us to move her back (it's just my daughter and I here now and she outweighs us both lol - so moving her without the sling or a sheet is a challenge.    Her wound is seeping a lot but we are icing it.  At this point, we just let her lay on the carpet with her head on the bed - she is sleeping and seems comfortable!  I'm trying to load pics of her in the car on the way home so I can share them!
