Go ziggy! Clear xrays are wonderful news! That definitely deserves a belly rub!

Keeping our fingers and toes crossed for good results on the biopsy.

So the results came back today and they confirmed my initial suspicions, it is osteosarcoma again. The vet said he had only ever seen osteo come back extraskeletal one time before. He is doing well but is in obvious discomfort. Making plans to enjoy the next few last days with my good buddy. Thanks to this wonderful community for the love and support through Zig's journey here.

This jus t breaks my heart to hear.  So unexpected.  I'm so very sorry.

Of course. ZIg knows nothing and had no worries.  Take solace I. That.  Take solace in knowing you have done EVERYTHING  possible for your handsome boy.  You have given him the best chance possible against a nasty, cunnjng, brutal disease.  Take solace in knowing Ziggy knows  with abs certainty how much you love him.

All I can offer is to continue to make every moment count, just like you have every day of his glorious life with you.  You jave Zig by your side now and do not let that piece of s××t disease  interfere  with one sacred moment as you continue  to love and spoil.

It is such an honor to get to know this exquisitely handsome  warrior.  We can all see the unbreakable  bond and love and devotion  you share with him...and he  with you.

No foods are forbidden...ice cream, cake, bacon, rolls overflowing with butter, pepperoni  cheese pizza .And we would love to see pictures of this smorgasbord.

Surrounding  you with our love and peace and strength

I'm so sorry you didn't get a better diagnosis. This disease is so unfair.

Rocky had similar lumps, and they too wound up being osteosarcoma. We tried a different form of chemo (Palladia) and that held it at bay for another month or so.

Zig is a beautiful boy. Love him for all its worth. And give him some extra hugs from us.

David and Rocky (and Baxter now too!)

Rocky had his right front leg amputated on Valentine's Day 2017 after being diagnosed with osteosarcoma.

He joined the September Saints on September 3, 2017.

He is the toughest, bravest, sweetest and best friend I'll ever know.

Oh nooo! I am so very sorry, this is heartbreaking. Unreal! We are seeing this more as diagnostics have gotten better, it used to be rare but I’m not even sure we can say that anymore. Geez I’m sorry.

Know that you and Zig have fought like warriors. You gave it 110% and he was able to have some quality time with his favorite people. That is such a gift. Spoil that boy rotten, go on a bucket list spree and show him that he is loved more than anything. We are there with you in spirit, and if you want to talk please call The Tripawds Helpline anytime ok?

Lots and lots of hugs and love coming your way.
