Hi again, I'm so afraid I'm going to jinx things by announcing Lily's success. I just want others to have hope and not listen to statistics. I could not be more proud of Lily, she is definitely my hero. She is still the same crazy pup she was before surgery and I'm so hopeful that I'll be saying the same thing next year. I am so grateful to tripawds for being there for us. Thank you.

Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and her right front leg was removed almost immediately after noticing a problem.  She was only 2 years old at the time. I do not have a blog but I should look into it. Stay warm in Maine!!!

thanks, Kim and Lily

We are missing the snowstorms you Southern guys are getting! 😉

Lily is a mix of a lot of beautiful things but we're pretty positive there is some boxer and lab in there somewhere. She has received no treatment since surgery... except being spoiled.

Many yummy treats and lots of fun today!!!!

No snow here... yet!

Oh my gosh that is Amazing!!! Congratulations!

It's hard to believe it's been a whole year since you first contacted us, worried about Lily's post-amp shaking. And now, look at her, fully recovered from the surgery and living life to the max. As you said then, "We never know what one's forever will be," and Lily's forever is truly an example of this. Pawesome!

Your girl's story will give hope to so many people who are lost and scared after hearing a poor prognosis, and don't go the chemo route. Especially those with young dogs. Thank you so much for sharing her amazing progress with us.

Keep in touch, we would love to hear more about this special pup.

WOO HOO Lily!!!! I know what you mean about the jinxing.....but it is so important for others to hear of your pawesome results!!! Being holistically minded myself, I love hearing how well you are doing with minimal intervention of chemicals. Love the part about being spoiled.
