Whisper, I just love yoi! Plain and simple...love you! And I love your family who obviously adore you!!!

YAAAAAAAAAY FOR A GREAT LITTLE WALK TODAY ON YOUR OWN!!! Every single step is progress!!clap

The care you are giving Whisper is spot on! And to be aware of how to work around his ":-) good eye"...very intuitive!

And you've kept your sense of humor! The visual of you racing the dogs to be first for the pizza delivery.....too funny!way-cool

I ended up keeping my beloved Hap p y Hannah on some form of pain meds for three weeks. She needed them a little longer than some dogs. Every dog is different. You clearly know Whisper well and it does sound like he coukd use the lain meds a bit longer.

Thanks for taking the time to update. We are all cheew for ya' Whisper!! Keep on keeping on! You're working through this just fine!

Celebrating with ice cream for you tonight!

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle too!clap

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

As I go back and am re-reading your journey it strikes me how similar Max's recovery is going to what Whisper went through.  It sure does help your state of mind when you know others have been in the same place you are and you're on par for the course. You go Whisper!!!
