There will be other "Santa Barbara" days.  Stay home with the girl until she's 100%, then she can take that car trip to have some fun!

Caira Sue! Do. Not. Scare. Mom. Especially not today! Hope you are feeling better and have kicked those little kitten heinies into the next room. They are kind of like skwirls, aren't they? I could help you with thatLittle Devil. Well, maybe I could after I get my lessons from Rodent Master Spirit Yoda.

Thinking of you and sending you BIG love and kisses,

Oh geeze, I don't log on for a few days and an all hell breaks loose!  Gosh, Mary, what a scare!  I am sooooo glad that Caira Sue is hopping and hungry again!  Nova wishes she could give her her prized beef trachea from Santa to help her feel better.

Sending lots of love and healing thoughts your way...

Nova, I want to sign all my letters now with "peace, love and beef trachea!" How cool is that?

Caira spiked a temp today again. I noticed she was all lethargic and yep, temp up. Decided to get the tuna water started. As she was lapping it up from her bed, I asked Adam if he had ever heard of the healing power of tuna water-ha! It gets her to drink a good 3 1/2-4 cups of water though! And just like yesterday, about an hour later she popped up and was ready to go out. 3 hours later she was chasing Adam around the living room with her rubber rings trying to get him to play. Of course, I now wonder if this is going to be an every day event and worry about not being here when she needs tuna water. It also makes me think I need to go buy more tuna in water!

Thanks everyone for your continued encouraging thoughts and support.

Wow Mary, now we know, Tuna Water is the secret ingredient to healing our Tripawds! So glad it worked again. What if you left bowls of tuna water out all over the house while you're away?

Mmmmmmm....tuna water.....
