I'm so sorry. I know how hard it is to be at this stage of the journey.

we are thinking of you!
Jackie, Angel Abby's mom

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!

Thank you everyone for you kind thoughts.
Thank you Pam and Tassie for you view. We thought the same when it progressed so suddenly and the pain was so strong.
Boz is now it a better place watching over us without pain. I will always think of him when the sun is out and he will be in my thoughts forever.

I am so so sorry for your loss.  Boz was really lucky to have such a wonderful family.  You were dealt a crappy cancer hand but you did everything you could for Boz and made sure he got to enjoy his time here.  He even got to have that last swim.  I think that is really special.

I wish I could take away your pain. It is the worst.  Just know that we are thinking of you tonight and shedding a few tears for you guys.

Magnum: 30th May 2002 to 5th May 2012. Lost her back left leg to osteosarcoma on 5th Sep 2011. Lung mets found on 20th Mar 2012 but it was bone mets in the hip that ended her brave battle. Magnum's motto - "Dream as if you'll live for ever, live as if you'll die today" (James Dean). Loyal, loving, courageous and spirited to the end. I'm so sorry to hear about Boz!  Its not easy on us to let them go, if we could keep them with us forever we all would.  But knowing its time and having the courage and strength to let them go is our final act of love towards them.  Be kind to yourself, cancer is a nasty disease and Boz knows you did all you could.

Thinking of you....
