Thank you!

She’s been super duper calm today, and very patient with me when I’m trying my best and still not quite getting it right.

She went outside for full toilet this morning and has eaten little but often and taking her meds like a pro.

She’s resting well and less panicky/stressing. The advice was to either stay up with her and lay with her or take her back. Obviously, she stayed with me so I can provide 1 on 1 care and attention.

I think they are staying away from the leg braces/supports because if she misses her stepping then it’s just her wrist that takes a small hit rather than her whole arm. They believe it’s the medication making her woozy. But it’s okay, we’ll get through this. Even if I have to stay up each night with her, the times she snoozes I will too and I feel her move anyway as she uses me to lean on!!

I will update you with progress at the next stage!

thank you for always being on hand, really this forum has been phenomenal in helping us.

Ohhh good.  Sounds like things are "settling" down a little better.  Actually  quite well considering  the circumstances.   So hard to be patient,  but you are doing a great job and you jave a wo derful attitude!👍

Isnt having your dog sleep right next to you the best feeling in the world?  I know right now it's extra comforting  for both of you.

I agree, things sound much improved considering everything you're going through. That makes total sense about the brace issue, thanks for clarifying. Keep working with your vet team, they sound great and very supportive for you two. You and Bella CAN get through this, and you WILL! Keep us posted.
