This just in from the great people at Mission Viejo Animal Services:
We have a beautiful German Shepherd mix named "Freedom" that has an old injury to a rear leg which requires an amputation. We were looking for a foster-to-adopt home before scheduling the surgery to ensure he had an ideal place to recover. He is being overlooked and we have not had any luck finding anyone willing to foster-to-adopt.
Freedom is a loving, curious, and adventurous pup who loves people, and other friendly dogs. He can be a bit shy with new people, so he needs an owner who can give him extra TLC.
All dogs are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Please fill out an adoption application here:
