Hi! I’m Hopper;
let me tell you how I got my name. I was in rough shape with I was found on the streets; I needed a home and a vet!
You see, they found I had previously been shot - the bullet is in my pelvis and my ankle was shattered in a thousand pieces, which was super painful when I tried to walk on it, so the vet had to amputate my back left leg due to my shattered ankle. The bullet in my pelvis will remain, but
I’m doing so much better now that I can hop free of that pain! I can do anything a four-legged furball can do; I can run, play, climb stairs, and even jump on the couch for snuggles! The vet said the bullet won’t cause me any issues and I believe it; one day, it’ll make a good story to tell the young pups at the dog park!
