Hi...lately I've noticed that when I want to comment on a blog post, even though I'm "signed in" it asks for my name and email address - even on MY own blog. Shouldn't it recognize me?

Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"

This depends upon the theme activated for the particular blog, and the Discussion settings chosen by the admin. Some themes display will always the full form, and there are options available in all blogs for requiring email address, regardless of member registration.
We'd need to have a link to the blog post(s) to determine what's going on. In your Nitro Dashboard, under "Other comment settings" you have this checked: "Comment author must fill out name and email". Disabling this may cause excessive spam. The selected theme does not appear to recognize network member status, since unchecking the option made no difference.
