I thought I'd done a refresh...
You probably did. That's just different than forcing reload of all images from the server (shift cmd refresh on a Mac) or clearing out the browser cache.
Glad it was something simple and we were able to help! Not that we really did anything...

Is it just me, but isn't the text of a post using a smaller/different font now? Seems to me like the font style/size was exactly the same as it is when you are typing the text in the editor pane (like a tahoma or verdana) but then it switches to an arial 10pt. (I think that is what it is)

So far, your the only one to mention anything. So yeah, it must be you!
But with all the recent stylesheet changes it is very likely that the font size for posts is smaller than it used to be. I do notice how it is smaller than it appears within the post editor.
We did spend quite a bit of time increasing the size of type for all the forum/topic titles, member info and navigation elements. You should have seen the new default theme! So we could possibly enlarge the font size for post content, if this is indeed a request to do so and others agree it is necessary.
Anyone? Anyone? Beuller? ...

I just found an old screen shot of tripawds (have no idea why I had a screen shot - I'm sure it was important at the time!) Anyhoo - you're right - the text isn't any bigger or different in the old one. I guess because the color was a brick color it made a difference.
It wouldn't bother me if the font was a tad bigger but I don't want to be the lone voice.
