Admin, help me out here! I feel like such a moron, but I can't post pictures here. I would post more pictures more often if I could figure it out. I went into the picture icon and I cut and pasted a link to the picture (which is on Facebook). As you can see on my post (under Shout Outs), I ended up with an "Image Not Found" error. Is there any way to post pictures without having it put it online somewhere else? Am I missing some easy step somewhere? It doesn't seem like many others have problems posting photos, so I am convinced that I am just stupid and missing a step somewhere.

First you're not a moron.
Second, it looks like you pasted the url of the page on Facebook with the photo, not the link to the photo file itself.
Third, be sure you're using the "Insert/edit image" button, the one with the small tree, not the insert link button.
Fourth, make sure the image URL ends with a valid image file extension. (jpg, gif or png)
Fifth, Facebook does everything within their means to force people to view content posted to their site, on their site. If you plan to use Facebook photos, view the page and right click on the image itself to copy the image location.
As described in the instructions for embedding photos in forum posts, images must be hosted online first. You can upload them to Novas blog and easily find the image URL from the edit image link you your Media Library.
Hope this makes sense!

Sue, I made a whole post on how to post pics from Facebook!
Jim gave you the right information but if you are like me and you need "color by number" instructions, I have done it here
