I think I've gotten greedy. You see, I wanted to add friends to my blog like everyone else. So I figured out how to do that, as you probably noticed. Unfortunately, it has gotten rid of my ability to get to my dashboard and do anything else (even add other cool friends). I don't see a sign in/sign out area. I don't find an admin area.Nothing.
I probably wouldn't have noticed it, except Caira Sue became a cleptomaniac today and stole pigs ears and I wanted to write about it. Really, that was all. But what if she steals something even bigger? I will certainly need to blog then.

I just visited your dashboard and all is well, so don't worry. I'm just a little unclear as to what it is you think is actually missing. Hopefully the followiong will help...
Do you mean the Site Admin / login link is missing from your sidebar? If so, you just removed the Meta widget when updating your sidebars. If you had never customized your widgets before, they reverted to the default state when you added the Friends widget. Simply visit your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets tab again and drag the Meta widget back to your desired sidebar and the Admin link will reappear in your sidebar.
But how do I get there now you ask? Any Tripawds Blogger can visit their dashboard directly by adding /wp-admin after their blog domain and hitting return. For instance, http://cairasue.....m/wp-admin will take you to your dashboard. But don't worry, only you can visit your own dashboard, other members will be taken to their own blog dashboard, or the main Tripawds dashboard if they don't have a blog. Which leads me to ask...
Do you mean your blog management functions are missing from your Dashboard? If so, you have likely found your way to your Dashboard for Jerry's main Tripawds blog. And since all members are only subscribers to this blog, there are no management functions. Simply visit Dashboard -> My Blogs to navigate back to your own blog Admin area.

I want some friends too! I can figure out how to add the widget, but can't figure out how to add friends. Do I have to wait for someone to be my friend, or is there some way to choose my favorite blogs? Right now Nova has no friends! 🙁

Awww... Tell the Queen she has plenty of friends around here! Here are detailed instructions for adding friends.
All you need to do is click the Friends tab in your blog Dashboard. From there, select Find Friends to search for members by their username. Then just click Add, and they will be automatically added to your Friends Widget, which it sounds like you have already figured out how to add to our sidebar.
