Hi,
I've had numerous people FB me and say that they are unable to comment on Charley's blog and they are getting messages that their comments are blocked.
Do do you know why? Can they not post from a cell or tablet?
I want a company to make Charley's blog into a bound book and these comments mean a lot to me.
Please help. Thanks.
Ellen and my forever Warrior Charley xoxo

Javascript is required for huan verification. Many mobile devices do not support Java. This setting can be disabled, but you will likely receive much more spam...we'll look into that for you now.
Charley's post has received 58 comments so far, so the comments are clearly working.

We've disabled all spam protection on Charley's blog, and approved the three more comments that were awaiting moderation.
Hope this helps!

To clarify, cookies are still required to post a comment on all blogs. Users must have cookies enabled in their web browser (which is usually on by default) regardless of device.
This is a network wide setting to protect all users, that cannot be changed.
PS: If you have not yet selected a method to produce your book, you can find various services for creating custom books here.

I don't know if this helps or not but sometimes people at work possibly cannot comment because of 'proxie severs'. I tried to comment at the office last week and got an error message and got home and was successful. So perhaps, like admin said, the settings were very strict? This happens to me on other people's blogs but not all so I assume it's the settings in place and my office.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Correct, the same goes for satellite internet service providers and certain mobile carriers. That very well may have been the case for certain users attempting to comment. This is an option within the spam protection plugin we have now disabled on Charley's blog.
