I will use my phone as a hotspot. I'm not sure how with router. On my way home now.

Great, please advise if you're still unable to connect with your computer when using your mobile hotspot.
I'm not sure how with router.
Not sure how to what? You originally reported that you are having issues connecting via your computer when connected via your router.
If at all possible, please:
- Visit tripawds.com on computer when connected via house router wifi to confirm you cannot load page.
- Try to view the site via proxy here to confirm it is an IP address issue.
- Visit either whatismyip.com or whatismyipaddress.com and copy the results to your clipboard or a text document. (Heck visit both to confirm same IP result!)
- Connect computer to your mobile hotpspot.
- Visit tripawds.com.
- If you can connect, send PM with results of the above (Paste copied IP address).
- If you cannot connect, the issue resides at your computer level.
- Please check internet security programs for block and whitelist tripawds.com.

Ok, I'm home. I am in tripawds with that proxy but I cannot post. When you said router I thought you had some other way of connecting that I was unaware of. Have not tried hot spot yet. I'm not sure why i cannot post with proxy, any ideas?

Most free proxy server sites disables javascript and cookies, required for posting in these forums.

Yes, as long as these are from the computer, when connected to the router/wifi, and not while using the mobile hotspot. This makes a huge difference.
Just curious, were you unable to copy and paste by switching networks as requested in the steps above?

Yes, those were taken with my wifi on, numbers were exact. I closed everything out and opened Microsoft Edge. Typed in tripawds.com and I am here without the proxy OR hot spot..

Totally confused now, that contradicts what you said previously:

So...it's working now? You are able to connect here to tripawds and post from the PC using your home router wifi????
FYI: There are no blocks on any IP addresses you've sent. IF you are still blocked, you will need to check your browser security settings, router firewall settings, and the settings for any internet security/malware software you may be running. Aside from that, the only other cause could be a block at your ISP level.
PS: Also replied to your PM, we do not need your Local Network Properties as mentioned earlier.

Yes, I got your message. Im sorry, this is even harder than IM to get point across. OK, in order: Once I saw that I needed to do this with wifi on, I picked up my cell to shut off hotspot. When I opened it up, it was already off. I went back to both IP sites and compared to my screenshots, they were identical. I closed all browsers, made sure MY wifi was on and I was connected. I opened a new browser and typed in tripawds.com, the site took a moment but it opened up. I have not had a problem yet. This is the first time my PC has been in this site in 4 days. I hope this clarified it all... I am a detail oriented creature, I like to be black and white in description. I think something gets lost in posting back and forth, especially when you refresh and find a new post that you didn't see ABOVE your post
