UPDATE: Continued research indicates that the symptoms described suggest a browser redirect virus, and that these Trojans are quite tricky, often avoiding detection by most malware/spyware and antivirus programs. Security scans of our server also continue to reveal no compromise nor vulnerability.

With that being said, we have just canceled the DNS protection service we had been using since recent attacks and reverted to our original nameservers. There is a chance, that since we had paused the security and acceleration offered with this service but they were still managing the DNS, net-based malware may have been causing the redirects.

Translation: Please advise if problems persist going forward from this time and provide as much detail as possible.

Thank you.

Was on the site for about 15 minutes and it just happened when I was reading your last post....how RUDE.  We also have Norton and it's recorded a bunch of intrusion attempts; don't know if that's related.

I just clicked on the "can't walk at all post" (specifically Heather's new post link), and instead of going there, the screen said "Downloading Easytube" with a little blue or green pointy hand waving at me (or some sort of tube...I closed the window ASAP)

DNS propogation can take up to 48 hours for all nameservers to resolve. Translation: Currently, an continued issues may be the residual result of the CloudFlare DNS management. Rest assured that we are continuing to monitor this and will be implementing additional security measures to ensure the safety of our members.
