Woo hoo! Tripawds is spending this weekend at the Blog Paws Pet Blogging and Social Media Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, where tons of cats, dogs, and pets of every type are making an appearance and showing the world that animal-centric pet blogs are a force to be reckoned with!
Tripawds Spokespup Wyatt Ray is greeting animals of every species and their humans with his high energy hellos, and being a very good boy at this three-day party for people who love animals so much they write about them all the time.
Yummy canine products are at every turn, and animals are the center of attention getting spoiled all day long with treats, love and lots of paws-up!
The Tripawds community is in the running for the Nose to Nose Pet Blogging and Social Media Awards' "Best Cause Blog Award," so keep your tails, paws and fingers crossed for us. Winners will be announced tomorrow at a big gala event!

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Where is the nose-to-butt blogging?
I am thrilled that Wyatt is doing meet-and-greet! He's a natural, of course. Can't wait to hear from you tomorrow when you're celebrating and drinking champagne out of an extra-large RuffWear boot!

From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

Good luck!!! Sounds like a fun time as long as Wyatt doesn't pounce on any small animals!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Well funny you say that! Wyatt was a good boy all day, but tonight he almost ate Snotface the Ferret by accident. He mistook him for a hoppy hour treat.

Awards are nice, but Tripawds is already a winner in our book.

Smilin' Sammy, March 16, 2004 – Dec. 5, 2011
Golden retriever, diagnosed with osteosarcoma in September 2010 — right front leg amputated November 2010. He fought valiantly to stay with us; but a second diagnosis of osteosarcoma, this time in his left front leg, was more than our golden warrior could overcome. He loved his pack — and everyone else he met.
We loved him even more.
Thanks for the pennies, Sammy. They helped.
Dang! If your name is Snotface, maybe you should be eaten just on principal!

Oh, big boo for DC... That's even farther away!!!
Was hoping for west coast!
Good luck tonight, and try not to eat any ferrets!

We nominated Morris for a Blog Paws donation, and the good folks there agreed that they deserve it too. Here's what happened.
