Another tripawd's parent sent Emily a sling that she had used for her dog and I want to thank her for it.  What a blessing you are!  Thanks again.  If I can figure out how I will post a picture of Emily wearing it.  It is helping her so much.

Debra & Emily, a five year old doberman mix, who was diagnosed with an osteosaecoma. She had a right rear leg amputation on May 19, 2009. On November 10, 2009 she earned her wings and regained her fourth leg.

I'm glad it arrived so quickly! Smile I really hope that it helps Emily get around easier...

I think that all of us have the same worry, that something will happen to our babies remaining legs... then what do we do.Confused  I'm just so glad in Emily's case it wasn't from the cancer... but dealing with hip dysplasia is not a picnic either. Hopefully the prednisone will help, and also the glucosamine and whatever other supplements you put Emily on.

Hurry up and figure out how to post pictures, so we can all see!! Way Cool
