Hi everyone, its been a while. As some may recall, I adopted Sully the Pyr, from our local Humane Soc. last October. As it turns out, the HS does a telethon every year as a fundraiser and they like to feature local success stories of adoptions with a slant towards a before/after view and they invite pets and their adoptive families to appear and be interviewed.
So I got a call last week from their main PR person and Sully, Yukon and I will be appearing. I would love to give a plug for Tripawds.com and have Jerry's cards and my blog address already to go but I wondered if there was any other info/points I could/should make?
And I am finally updating my blog later today.
Thanks
Patrick/Sully/Yukon
We'll have another super star!!! Yippy Skippy!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Congratulations and thanks for thinking of Tripawds! When is the big event? If you send Jerry a PM with your address we may be able to get some cards out in the mail to you next week. Otherwise you can download Tripawds cards and fliers to print out.
Our main mission we like people to know about the Tripawds Blogs is that we created them as a community of support for those affected by cancer and amputation for their dogs. Together we can show the world that its better to hop on three legs than limp on four. Interested people might also like to know that our travels with Jerry were featured of PBS last year in Nature's Why We Love Cats and Dogs.

Congratulations, Sully. Your adoption is a success story so I am glad you will be featured.
