Dear Friends: We just wanted to spread the word---we're celebrating Romeo's Three Month Ampuversary!!!!!! Romeo is running, playing ball, rolling in the leaves, doing the butt dance (his signature move), hogging the bed, enjoying fresh marrow bones from the Farmer's Market, playing with his friends (Maizy, Chou Chou, Harold, Monte and Shrimp), getting all the love and all the food he can! He's our beautiful boy and we are just so thankful for every day he is with us.

He had a little check up (doing great) and our vet pointed out it's actually been almost four months since the initial diagnosis. We never forget how lucky we are. I still break down in tears every couple of days just overwhelmed by all the pain, joy, and emotions involved.

We hope to get back to our blog soon with more pictures and stories. I'm going to try to insert some photos here.....

A special hello to our ampuversary mates Angel Jake and Zoe (August 18). To everyone at Tripawds--thank you for your support, advice, and most of all your friendship. We never would have made it without you! And where else could we gush about our dog so shamelessly? Smiley

(ok I can't figure out how to get photos in here---will have to get to blog soon!)

WOO HOOO!!!!!  "Pawesome" job, Romeo!  You show that cancer what's UP!!!  I'm glad to hear you're doing so well, and I hope you continue to prove to the world that just because you were diagnosed with that nasty C thing, it doesn't mean that life can't go on 🙂  Jack would like to send a sniff and a happy tail wag your way.  Gold star for you on your ampuversary! That's great Romeo, keep up the good work! It sounds like you're doing really well. I would love to see pictures and maybe a video of the butt dance. Big Grin

Rocky just celebrated his 3 month ampuversary last Saturday, November 14.  I guess I didn't realize Romeo and Rocky's dates were so close.

Wishing you many, many more celebrations,

Michelle

Eve, Sylvia, Greta, and Romeo - Michelle and Rocky,

Every day with our precious companions is a victory and a day to be grateful, but reaching a milestone as significant as three months is definitely a day to celebrate.  So, the noise that your are hearing from just east of San Francisco, is the cheering for Romeo and Rocky.  We will be celebrating vicariously with you today including doing all the things that Cherry loves most.  A special toast for two special warriors.  Never underestimate the magnitude of this milestone or the value in giving this community good news like this.

Paws are crossed for many more ampuversaries and sending pawsitive thoughts (if a little more jubilent and noisy on this news)

Bob & Cherry

PS: Now that you know of two with ampuversaries so close, are there any others?
