We are so gratefully celebrating Lily's 3 year ampuversary tomorrow!!!! She got chicken treats for posing, and tomorrow she's celebrating with some special peanut butter treats I am beyond grateful to have been with all of you on Tripawds for 3 years-you are an incredible group of furbabies and people. Lily had clear chest x-rays last week-I still hold my breath until the doctor comes back in the room with the results. The only issue that she is having is the heavy panting sometimes-she's had tests and internist's visits, and no one can figure it out I don't like to take her to the vet's too much, because she is my extremely shy girl. I love her with all my heart, and she is my hero!! She'll be 12 in March!! We've had the privilege of having her since she came off the track at age 3. My shy greyhound raced her way into my heart on that day Thanks to all of you for being there for us and sharing your beautiful furbabies!
Love to all,
Joan and Lily
Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.
Yay Lily & Joan lucky number 3 years. Way to kick butt. I love celebrating all of these milestones with all of you.
Keep kicking butt girls

Lily and Joan, that is just remarkable, a dream beyond dreams, a milestone for the record books for one truly gorgeous, sweet, beautiful pup and her pack. I can't begin to tell you how happy this makes us all, to celebrate with you and know that it IS possible to not just have a great quality of life on three but to beat cancer again and again and again! YESSSS!!!!
Treats for everyone, this is a very special day in Tripawds history! We send all our love and congratulations to you and the pack, with a million wishes for many, many more ampuversaries. xoxo

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. "Like" Jill's facebook page: https://www.fac.....tty?ref=hl Proud member of the WINTER WARRIORS!!!! Her blog can be read at http://jillsjou.....ipawds.com. xoxo
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!! Happy Ampuversary Sweet Lily. I cannot begin to tell you how happy it makes me to see this post. Keep up the good work!
Lisa
Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11. A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...

Sorry I missed this. WOW! Congrats on 3 years Lily. That is just so wonderful!
For the panting, any chance it could be gas? That's what it often is in our house and a gas-x or two normally clears me right up. This was a tip someone gave us from the bonecancer yahoo group.
BTW, You are so adorable in your antlers.
