Happy One Year Ampuversary, sweetest Eurydice! What a splendid celebration you enjoyed, a splendid celebration for a splendiferous girl. We love you Eurydice, and your Mum. We love your joy, your humour and your insuppressible spirit. I know you no longer live here, but you should know that London remembers you with great affection. There were fireworks across the city yesterday in your honour, and everyone came out and partied in the streets. God bless Eurydice, they sang. God bless, beloved Miss Cow!

Hoppy one year ampuversary, beautiful, miraculous Eurydice!

On October 27, 2016, nearly 6 months after amputation, and 18 months since his cancer likely started, we lost Pofi to a recurrence of Soft Tissue Sarcoma in his spine quite suddenly. His canine sister also succumbed to cancer on March 1, 2019 - we lavished her with our love in the interim, but life was never quite the same without her only real canine friend. Cliff kitty had to leave us, too, suddenly, in August 2019. Lucia kitty grieved all these losses, but helped us welcome two new Lurchers into our home and our lives, Shae and Barley.
What a day Eurydice.
Your mama Teresa knows how to make the day special with your friends at the magical forest, with Evelyne and her treats (that you are saving for later) and your party guests Papa, Justine, Frankie and Reilly.
Both Justine and Reilly are very good penguin players. I like how they play with you (Justine is especially creative) while Frankie hangs back and sips on his wine. He's very French isn't he?
Teresa and Eurydice have shown us how to live each and every moment. Although it may be hard work and a bit tiring for Eurydice her spirit is strong. Teresa, I hope that the appreciation from your tripawd friend world-wide gives you the strength to keep enjoying your time with Miss Cow.
I got a huge laugh out of the video giving Frankie a chicken liver then turning the camera to Eurydice who has a penguin in her mouth! She is so darn cute. What? If it's not food, it's a toy in her mouth? So sweet and funny. I'm happy to hear she prefers cooked chicken liver and doesn't eat her penguins. She is such a love.
The Northern Lights were celebrating with you! Love from Auntie Kerren, Eli, and Miss Mona who dreams of cuddling with you and the Pedros.

There really are no words to describe all the different ways you jave ruched sooo many people. Anyone in your presence immediately lights up from within! I really am amazed at yiur stamina Miss Cow! You are such a stong, strong gal!! And I agree with everyr who spends rime with yiu, yiu look spectact fit!! 🙂 I get tired just WATCHING allmof the activities of yiur day! 🙂
Oh...and the video where you are trying to decide whether you shoukd drop Pedron from your mouth so you coukd eat! ADORABLE!! 🙂 And ohhhh myyyy goodness,what a feast you had!!! Everybody adores me but truth is I adore everybody back!
Mom has some other news she is going to publish on the Treatment, Oncology and Recovery forum.
Mickey has moved in with us YAY and Mom's saying I should go play with him whilst she publishes this new post.
Let me just say me and Mommy ADORE YOU ALL and wish the absolute best for your three legged friends.

Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)

I have followed Miss Cow and adore her! Everyone loves Eurydice! You have done a amazing job with her. You have given her a wonderful life! I am glad you took her in, at least now your can alleviate the labored breathing!
She has made it this far with mets! With the meds she very well might keep going past what they are saying. Try not listening to the time stamp.
Stay as strong as humanly possible! Follow Miss Cows lead.

Once more, I must shield Izzy's eyes from the screen, otherwise she will demand a trip to Europe to visit all of Eurydice's friends and a 4 course meal to boot!

Momma to the world's most beautiful American Bulldog, Izzy!! Lost her front leg to OSA 9/18/15. Diagnosed w MCT in June 2016. Celebrated her 1 year ampuversary with knee surgery on 9/18/16! MCT recurrence in Dec 2016. Happy & hungry til nearly 14, earning her wings on 7/31/17.
Hoppy 1 year ampuverary. Keep kicking butt. It looks like you had a great celebration 🙂
