I'm just wondering if anyone (Rene?) has had any contact with LP. It would be so wonderful to see how her life is going these days.
For anyone who hasn't read this blog, I highly recommend it. It will make you laugh till your stomach hurts, and cry till you think your heart will break. There is also great information to be had, as the author is a vet who shares her experiences - personal and professional - as she travels the osteosarcoma with her Vizsla Hank.
Paula and Warrior Angel Nitro
Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"

You are so sweet Paula! Thanks for sharing. What made you think of Hank today? It's funny because I was totally thinking of his mom last week. Great minds 😉
She is still a practicing ER veterinarian and super enthusiastic about our community. I talked to her about a year ago and she is doing well. Says she tells everyone about us when she has to bring up the A word.
