.....and monkeydogs drool (seriously, they really do, especially when they're sleeping, but then again, so do I so does that mean that....uh,...nevermind)

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end.  On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Hi Naany poo and mom,

I have to say too that Naan has a beautiful face.  What breed is she?  I am glad you guys are making it through the no eating part.  It broke my spirit to see my boy turn away food.  I knew if he was doing that he was REALLY uncomfortable.  It wasn't too long before he got back into the swing of things, so I am sure Naan will too.

Is it N A A N, like the sound of an A, or an AH?

I don't get to have special bread, so I am ill informed!

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us.  Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.

Hi again,

Well that Husky tripawd wasn't me, sorry too say.  I had my surgery done at a Boulder animal hospital.  I was at CSU for my MRI before my surgery, they were so awesome to me there.

Sammy,

It is prounounced like Nan, just plain ole Nan,  My mom, however, always has to try and be unique so she thought the flatbread name was cute.  My original name was Nalani, which meaning is "calm of the skies" I was such a calm puppy. Then it morphed into Nala and finally Naan.  Personally I think my mom is a lil kooky for changing my name over the years, but I still love her, she is my favorite human:)  Plus I am smart enough to keep up with the changes.  My Golden boy brother however would not be able to keep up, so he kept his name he had when they rescued him at 8 months.  His name is Charlie, but I call him Goofball.  He is having a hard time not understanding why I don't want to play with him. So my mom is taking him for a mother & son outing tomorrow and I am going to stay with grandma.  He needs some extra attention, poor kid.

WOW,  I think there might have been to much caffeine in my morning water bowl.  I better go.........

Thanks for everything,

Naan

If you don't own a dog, at least one, there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life.
