Wow! What a difference a few weeks makes. Koda had her right front leg amputated 4 weeks ago due to osteosarcoma. The decision to amputate was difficult, but it was the right decision. She’s has had 2 chemo treatments so far and is tolerating it well. Her recovery is still ongoing, but she’s handling her new tripawd life like a champ! She’s figured out how to go up the stairs on her own. We assist her on her way down. She’s taking short walks and has discovered that running gets her to her destination a bit faster.
We want to thank the amazing Tripawds community for the unbelievable support and invaluable information that is available on the site. There are no words to express our gratitude. We look forward to participating in the Zoom call for Tripawds Awareness Day and to commit our support for the community.😍

Have me grinning ear to ear reading this Happy update😊 Koda is a shining example of why we do what we do. Giving Koda a chance at a quality pain free life to live life to the fullest is exactly what she would want from the hoomans who love her so dearly. 💖
Bummer I have to work during the Zoom time, but I do hope you have Tripawd RockStar Koda on the screen for all to behold😎

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
