First of all i would like to say what a great help this site has been to me, thank you all very much.

Tobys operation went well on tuesday 31/03/2009. We went to collect him on tuesday night to bring him home and he started to bleed heavily in the car and we had to rush back to the vets, where he was taken back in and well looked after that night. We phoned the wedesday morning and got the great news that he was doing well. We managed to get him home that night and he has gone from strength to strength he has even been trying to jump up on the bed to sleep with my daughter. I am amazed at how great he is doing and is adapting so well with three legs. We visited the vet today and toby got his bandages removed and the wound is healing very well. Toby and i are looking forward to a very happy and full life together. Who needs 4 legs when life can be wonderful with 3 Big Grin

love

That's the spirit! Thanks for the wonderful update. That first trip home must have been scary. Glad you and Toby made it through OK.
