Mama's name is Little MaMa. She has been hanging out at my house for a few months. Then I noticed her sides buldging and thought oh crap! She disappeared for a few days and came back much thinner so I new she had the babies somewhere, most likely in the woods. I turned to go into the house to get some food and she bit me on the back of the leg hard! She drew blood. I assume she was trying to get some help. I had an old tub in my garage and when I came home from the store yesterday they all were in that tub. She must of brought them here one by one. One is spoken for and six to go. I guess I have to get a dog run. I can't bring them in. Sassy hates cats and afraid she will try to hurt them. Max doesn't care and Kenzie would most be curious. I have another stray cat who is not ferrel at all. Somebody dumped in. His name is Simon he is orange so don't think he is the dad. He sleeps in my office at night.
Anyone want a cat in Texas just let me know. Seven weeks to go.

OMC mama kitty is so protective, she is just loving on her little kittens. Thank you for sharing, this made my day!
Well, the kittens are doing well and spunky as ever. They will be 8 weeks next weekend and will be going to the rescue. They don't know if they can take all seven at once but hopefully whry will. Little mama loves those kittens so much I just know it's going to break her heart which will break mine.
So, another street cat was coming around my house. I call him Simon. I just knew he was a boy because the cat is so sweet. My experiences with cats boys are sweeter. Well I guess I was wrong!

At least you are lucky enough to have a rescue take them. Any attempt I've ever made....."sorry, we're full". Trust me, seven, or eight, can multiply very quickly into dozens and dozens and dozens!

Well I guess my video didn't work. My very sweet boy Simon had five kittens Saturday night.

Sorry I have been a little MIA lately. Just life happens.
My father passed away on February 14, Valentines Day at the age of 93.
My sister lost her husband of 42 years on Easter.
I am at the point I do not care about holidays. My mom passed a day after mothers day in 2017. And Brownie was diagnosed with cancer on my birthday. Not that my birthday is a holiday but you get my meaning. Lol

Oh my gosh Nancy you never need to apologize. I'm so sorry for all of the heartache you and your family have been through lately. I'm so sorry for your loss. What is going on with everything happening around holidays? Agh!
My Dad passed away two days before his birthday, so now we associate sadness with that day. It's hard not to, so I get where you are coming from.
I'm glad you stopped by, and you can feel free to share any news about you or the kiddos anytime OK? ((((hugs))))
Ohhh Nancy, so sorry for the loss of your Dad, as well as your brother-in-law. When it's all arpund a holiday while everyone else is celebrating....yeah...extra level of emotions.. And your Mom around Mother's and sweet beloved Brownie on uour birthday....ugh.
I know your Dad, and your Mom too, took pleasure in seeing you become a grown woman with a compassionate heart for animals (and hoomans too).
I know Browno3 was at the Bridge to greet your Dad and your brother-in-law. You cert have a lot of Gua4dian Angel's watching over you.

When Brownie passed Sally (Benny55) sent me a beautiful dish with a cardinal on top. As some believe when you see a cardinal it is a loved one visiting you in spirit. Inside there was a note, which I still have and reads;
"Brownie's light can never be dismissed. His star is eternal and will always shine brightly as he watches over you."
I have been in my house since 2017 and have never seen a cardinal. This evening when I walked out to the backyard a cardinal flew and landed on my fence, starred at me for a moment and then flew away.❤️
