As a reminder Here is Kenzie her first day in her forever home on 8/22/2020.
Here is Kenzie playing with her favorite toy from Santa. This is great for building strength. I think it would be good for a Tripawd. Kenzie doesn't stop playing with it and it also gives me a break!

Oh my dog that second video says it all! Wow what a rebound she made thanks to you. Giving her a safe place to call home and pouring all that love into her care has grown one spunky, adorable doggie! Thank you for showing that drastic difference, it makes us all smile to see a pet make so much progress.

I found it on Amazon under "Dog toys for Aggressive Chewers". It also squeeks and you can put treats inside and it cleans the teeth. This is the only toy (besides the one Jackie sent) that has lasted more than a day. lol
It has a large suction cup that really holds. I will also put it on my desk to keep Kenzie busy as I am working. It was only like $18.00, and well worth it.

Until I saw that picture of her first day at home with you, I had forgotten just exactly how bad of shape she was in. You really, really, literally saved her life! Just think how beautifully she has turned out it's just astonishing. And that was due to your non-stop diligent care and love and nurturing. And yes, a whole lot of spoiling!!!!
And I cannot believe how strong that suction cup must be in order to stay put well she is checking as hard as she can. What a great way for them to have fun and give you a break.
Oh. as far as I know, they are still waiting for Wyatt and Jerry to send them their next dawg.
I have a feeling those two can't agree on who it should be. Jerry probably wants more of a laid-back cool chill dog. Wyatt wants more of a "challenge" and a "project" for them. I'm sure they'll come to a meeting of the minds soon.😎
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Thank you all for the kind words on Brownie's two year angelversary. I was feeling pretty down and angry. But when I logged on to this site and saw Brownie's banner pop up it made that anger go away. I know Brownie was happy thru out his life and I know 100 percent he loved me. I just hope he knows how much I loved him ❤️
Now if someone could tell me how to get Kenzie to stop wyning over everything it would make my world almost perfect. I thought she would out grow this. If she is in the bed and drops her bone she will wyne until I give in and pick it up. Lol I think she has me trained...

Nancy, Brownie was TOTALLY showing you the way through the grief! What a great sign!
I remember feeling mad about losing Jerry earlier than we had hoped he would be around, and even when Wyatt passed I felt that he didn't live nearly long enough! These animals though, they're so wise and always leaving us clues to the secret of happiness, even in the afterlife....embracing the good times, and being grateful we even had them in the first place.
That's interesting about Kenzie. Hmm. Maybe she's part German Shepherd?!

Hi All, When Brownie passed in 2020 I met another member here, Mom to Tyson. When Brownie was going through this journey Tripawds was so kind and donated a new harness to Brownie. When Brownie passed, I thought I should move it forward, and donate the harness to another member. All that I asked is if there comes a day when you no longer need it, please send it back to me. Tyson being a front leg amputee as well his mom thought Tyson could really use it. I sent the harness. Well, this morning I checked my mail and saw a package. When I saw who the package was from I knew that day has come. Tyson lost his fight on 7/1. Tyson was a rescue who started his life in a horrible situation including pit-bull fighting. But thanks to Lana Tyson's life took a huge turn and was filled with care and love.
I would like to continue and send the harness to another member who may need it. All that I ask if a day comes when you no longer need it, send it back to me. Brownie had such a huge heart and always shared his toys with his pack members. In fact I know he agrees with this because today his banner popped up. Then Happy Hana's banner popped up, and then Brownie again. You see, Happy Hana's mom and I believe that those two are working together on the bridge. The harness is size large to extra large. Below is Brownie modeling the harness. If you could use it for your tripawd just send me a direct message.
Lana, I am sorry about Tyson but I know he had an incredible life because of you. What you told me when Brownie passed is so true. You never get over it, but I have found you just get on with it. I lost my phone and no longer have your number, and I have a new number. I searched my emails but can not find you. I put your note in the book you sent me. I searched for Tyson on this site but got over 8k hits. So if you see this please reach out. I would love to talk to you and just remember Tyson knew he was loved.
