Hey Jackie, Brownie is laying on his Urban Sprawl Bed that he loved, along with his favorite blanket. I donated the bed to a friend who has two dogs, and now they love it.
I know what you mean Paula. I truly believe when one door closes another door opens. I think when we get a pet after one passes, it makes their death have some kind of meaning. I've been looking at Houston Lab Rescue, but not quite there yet.

I completely understand it really takes time to get over the lost of our loved pups. But I know how much you cared about Brownie and I have no doubt he had the best life 
Thank you Patricia! Thank you for realizing the bond that Brownie and I had/have. You recognize it, because of the bond you have with Arktik. You are doing such an awesome job with him!
Jackie, you did everything for Mitchell. But most of all you loved him unconditionally, and that is was out pets teach us. I truly believe the best medicine is plain, simple love.
Paula, for Nitro to be one of the few that beat cancer is truly amazing! I believe he fought, because of the unbreakable bond you had. He fought for you! As you said, he was your one in a million.
Also, Jackie said she thinks you had a ring made with some of Nitro's ashes? Can you tell me who made it? I would like to have a charm made for my Pandora bracelet.

Paula and Warrior Angel Nitro
Nitro 11 1/2 yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! My Warrior beat cancer, but couldn't beat old age. He crossed the Bridge peacefully on July 25, 2017, with dignity and on his terms. Follow his blog entitled "Doberman's journey"

I was driving thru my neighborhood and saw a man walking his dog. No leash and the dog was staying right by his side. Just the way I trained Brownie. Not in front of me, not behind me, but right next to me. And to top it off the dog was a male choc lab...

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Sally, thank you so much for the cardinal dish. I love it! And the card, you are my sunshine, was perfect. The song I sang to Brownie. Of course he would leave the room because of my singing voice. lol. I have it on top of Brownies nook right next to his banner that admin guy made. One if these days I will post a picture.

So since Brownie passed on March 5th, there has been a lot of strange things happening. Sally told me to write everything down, so here it goes.
Two days after Brownie passed, the light in the frig went out, the dishwasher wouldn't come on, and the garage door would not open. How does all this happen in one day?
Sometimes you will see me post things to members like "You are not taking their leg, you are taking their pain away", or "You need to do what is best for you and your pet". As soon as I hit send, Brownie's banner would pop up. And this happened a lot. It's like Brownie is agreeing with me. When I would reply to one of Sally's post Hannah's banner would pop up, then Brownie's. I posted that I use to sing "You are My Sunshine, and Brownie would leave the room because of my singing voice". Sally told me as soon as she was reading that post she heard "You are my Sunshine" song on T.V. Right before I was sending a "PM" to Paula Brownie's banner popped up, and after I hit send Nitro's banner popped up, and it was the first time I have ever seen it. It seems like I see Hannah's and Nitro's banner frequently now, which I had never seen before. And I always see Brownie's banner every time I log in. Is Admin Guy playing tricks on me?
Some of you know of Tanner the stray I was watching over. Well when Brownie passed I invited him in. It was Sunday afternoon, and I was relaxing watching a movie, and then something came over me. I suddenly had the idea to take him to the no kill shelter to see if they had any openings. Understand, it's very hard for me to go to a shelter and see all the animals that need homes. There are so many! Well, they didn't have any openings, but Tanner aka Smoky was chipped, and found his way home.
I put Brownie's stroller on Craig's List. I went to meet the people, and they brought their new puppy. It was a male Choc Lab. What are the odds?
On April the 1st I sent balloons to rainbow bridge for Brownie's 13th birthday. That evening a big bright star was shinning in the same spot where I released the balloons. I got a feeling of comfort, and was drawn to the star. I would continue to see it. But as soon as I finished his tribute I no longer have seen the star.
I saw a man walking in my neighborhood with his dog, next to his side without a leash. Just like I trained Brownie to do. The dog was a choc. lab. I have not seen the man, or the dog since.
Just a couple of nights ago I fell asleep on the couch, and the TV was on Forensic Files, so I was having a very weird dream. Suddenly Brownie appeared in my dream. He was standing there on four legs, wagging his tail, and starring at me. That use to be his way of saying "I love you mom", and I would reply "I love you too Bubba", and then he would do his happy bark. The dream had nothing to do with Brownie, but there he was, just for a split second. Then I woke up.
So tell me. Am I losing my Mind?

And another strange thing. While Ibwasbworking today I found one of Brownies toe grips in my desk draw. I don't remember him loosing one and how did it get there?

No, you are NOT losing your mind. You lost your bestest friend in the world and he is trying to make sure you are ok. He is letting you know that you were the bestest mama in the world and he loves you. He is letting you know that he is free and whole and it was ok to let him go. It was not too early, and not too late. You took care of him just the way he needed to be taken care of
You have not seen his star because he was too busy showing you all the other things he could do. I think you will see that star again, but dang if he hasn't gone buck wild sending you Angel love from the clouds above.
Brownie is whole again and because of you he lived a good, long, happy life. Without you that never would have happened. You saved each other. I DO believe in Angels. I DO believe they can send us hints. I believe that the same way that I know I am sitting here typing like a lunatic to you 
Sending you hugs, I can just picture Brownie up on a cloud with a big smile on that gorgeous mug

No you are definitely not and I promise Admin isn't playing tricks. I mean seriously, what crazy coincidences! When you put them all together like this, they make so much sense. There are no coincidences, everything is happening as it should. You are really in tune with all the fun tricks he is playing!
This is without a doubt Brownie sending you love and hugs, to tell you that all is good at the Bridge. While he may have only shown up in one dream so far, it doesn't mean he is not still present in your life. He's just finding other silly ways to show you he's not going anywhere.
Thank you for taking time to share all these nutty events you've had lately. I hope that they bring comfort to someone out there who is wondering whether or not their beloved Angel Tripawd will ever come back to visit.
