I just wanted to let everyone know I’ve been documenting how I’m feeling about this from when they first told me about the cancer til now. I thought that maybe recording videos documenting how I feel would not only help me, but could possible helps others feel like they are not alone. Here’s the link to the YouTube Channel I created. You are not alone.
WOW!!! STANDING OVATION!!👏👏
Jeremy, what you did. was extraordinarily kind and unbelievably helpful for anyone on this journey.. Injavent been through each video, but have been through enough to know your honesty with your feelings, your fears, your hopes....off the wall courageous and sooo helpful!.
Your tips were invaluable about the way you made decision on getting her to eat ANYTHING, while trying to weigh nutrition value, etc. I love the video of the recovery suit you made for her.
This will def be a go---to resource for anyone starting this journey.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!
Hugs
Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
We are all hugging you for doing all these videos and showing what we the humans go through. We can all relate 100%! These videos WILL help countless humans and their furmiles in the future. To say, the same goes for cat parents;)
Not too long ago, I saved a quote that struck home with me. Your Osteosarcoma: The Morning of the Surgery made me pull it back up.
We're all terminal. The only difference is some of us realize it, and some of us don't.'"
This journey makes us more aware of many things: slow down, enjoy every day, and take nothing for granted.
The pet insurance video -we got health insurance years after purrkins amputation, KNOWING a lot would NOT be covered. It has been the biggest blessing, so yes, if you can make the monthly payment, it is a no-brainer. We will never go without it, and any future family members will be covered the day they come home.
The recovery suit and the makeup pad idea BRILLIANT!!
We cried and giggled on the (food choices comment:)) with you through these.
THANK YOU!!!!
Love to Zoey, please
From one sensitive soul to another(((Hugs)))
Holly, Purrkins & Saxton in the sky💫
