Thanks to Cindi and Jack's idea of getting Shelby a super amazing wagon, and getting to see her use it last Saturday I decided that my Coriecould use one too! I had been looking at strollers before but didn't really like any of them that much. And transportability is a must! While the trunk of my mustang is nothing to sneeze at, it's not an SUV! So after I saw Shelby in the wagon it occurred to me that I had a really great wagon at home that folds up! It's heavy duty fabric and metal frame with a load capacity of 100lbs, it's perfect! So the trick was how to convince her to want to be in it and not freak out when it moves! Well today we tried it out in the kitchen. I put her in it and to my surprise, she laid down right away. I gave her her favorite treats for being so brave, and after she spent a little time in it I had my husband give her treats as I slowly rolled it back and fourth from one end of the kitchen to the other. She did great and didn't seem to care one way or the other about the whole event as long as the treats kept coming! I'm so glad to be able to have this as a tool to use! This will enable us to go on more walks and longer walks! Yay! Thanks Cindi, Jack and Princess Shelby:)
